Bridget Joy is a USAF military veteran that possesses an in-depth knowledge of healthcare and professional services marketing, branding, and design. She is a serial entrepreneur and Founder of Designshow Marketing. She’s a brand design & digital marketing pioneer who inspires and empowers you to create marketing that your customers will resonate with and love, sparking real results for your business.Bridget creates strategic marketing strategies & iconic brands for entrepreneurs, small businesses and enterprises. To put it simply, she increases revenue through social media, content marketing, and brand development.

Healthcare She has worked to ensure compliance with policies specific to the practice, employees, and healthcare regulations at military treatment facilities, USAF Malcolm Grow Medical Clinics and Surgery Center, USAF Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, and several commercial healthcare entities.

Bridget also has experience in planning, implementation, promotion, programs, and strategies for internal and external audiences.

Terrence Hight, Jr. 


Terrence W. Hight, Jr., EMBA, 4x founder, has worked intensely in healthcare revenue cycle, operations, and healthcare technology implementation. More specifically, Terrence has worked as a patient access subject-matter expert and operations leader for local Georgia healthcare providers such as Hospital Corporation of America’s (HCA) Redmond Regional Medical Center, Floyd Medical Center, and WellStar Health System. 

Additionally, Terrence has worked as a healthcare revenue cycle and implementation expert for BioIQ, Connected Care, and UnitedHealth Group’s Optum360.

Evan Walker


Evan Walker has over ten years of experience in the public sector and a Masters of Healthcare Administration degree. With an extensive background in healthcare operations and management, Evan is known for successfully identifying strategic and operational issues that healthcare organizations face.
He has worked for several Fortune 500 companies where he was responsible for managing high visibility projects to reduce healthcare expenditures and streamline processes to significantly improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Miko Luna


Miko Luna has been working with The Business and Brand since the beginning. He started as a Business Analyst Intern and worked his way up to his current position as a Business Analyst & Internship Coordinator. Miko evaluates businesses and provides a high-level strategic direction for their operations and marketing processes and further enhances them to be more effective and valuable.

He holds a BBA in Management and a Minor in Information Systems and is constantly attending seminars to learn more about business and human psychology to better serve others. 

Richard Baird


Richard Baird joined the Business and Brand team in 2019 as a Front-End Web Development Intern. He skillfully and meticulously builds, edits, and manages websites for the clients of The Business and Brand. As a recent graduate from Georgia State University, Richard is early in his career, but has worked tirelessly to ensure that the businesses that reach out to The Business and Brand receive quality service.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with a Concentration in Graphics & Human-Computer Interaction.
